Everything you need to know before starting a Tannas Botannas fundraiser.
Your organization applies first. Once approved, a fundraising campaign is created and supporters can shop eligible products online through your campaign link. Eligible sales are tracked for your organization.
Yes. Fundraising organizations and campaigns are reviewed before they are launched. Submitting an application does not automatically make a campaign live.
Supporters order online through Shopify using the fundraiser's campaign link. The V1 fundraiser does not rely on students collecting cash or checks.
Fundraiser orders are fulfilled directly by Tannas Botannas and shipped to customers through the normal Shopify order process.
Fundraisers use curated fundraiser bundles rather than the entire regular product catalog. Final bundle selections are confirmed for approved fundraising campaigns.
Participant credit may be available through a simple participant name or selection option when supported by the fundraising campaign setup.
Eligible fundraiser orders are connected to the campaign so sales, orders, and the amount raised can be tracked through the fundraising system.
